Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the performance of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations applied.
For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired item like an armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for another similar one, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources will not be refunded.
Survivors may acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item, for example increasing its damage.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
During the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls, and those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the item's durability. This is a great way for players who wish to get an edge in battle but don't want spend a lot of money. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to the new gear.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. There are a variety of methods to get the stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can also cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be applied to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items as well as a certain equipment level.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, a preview shows what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when a player has sufficient materials will start the upgrading process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available to it. In the same way, once a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have discounts.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets in order to provide an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this can destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. These will provide additional effects or an increase in level of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been added to an object it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats and more for the fact that it lets players get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component to slot into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will place an item in your inventory after you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check on the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
